Refund / Exchange Policy Details

Wise Internet Solutions offers refunds as follows:

Digital Products:

Unless otherwise stated, full refunds will be given for up to 60 days from the time of purchase unless the product was purchased with a trial period. For products that have a trial period, full refunds will be given if a refund is requested during the trial period.

Services, Including Website Design and Consulting:

Refunds will not be given for services provided by Wise Internet Solutions.

Refunds will be processed within 5 - 10 business days. Refunds will be given by , stating:
